How do you calculate CBM?
Length × width × height in centimetres × quantity / 1,000,000 = cubic metres. One hundred boxes measuring 60 × 40 × 40 cm total 9.6 m³. This is cargo volume, not proof that a particular container layout will fit.
Which dimensional divisor should I use?
Use the divisor in your carrier's contract. The 3,000, 5,000 and 6,000 options are examples, not universal rules. Desi and dimensional kilograms are calculated charging equivalents, while gross kilograms are physically weighed.
Is this the billed weight?
The larger numeric total is displayed. Per-piece rounding, minimum charges, contract units and additional fees are not applied. All boxes in one calculation must have identical dimensions and weight.
